Our account Sales Rep was a great help. He ensured that the available equipment met the requirements of the technicians and the facilities to which it was being dispatched. He also called me to confirm that the options offered were suitable and to guarantee the pre-delivery of the equipment.
Ordered a Takeuchi mini x with a 18 inch bucket specifically a month in advance for a already planned out job. Day of delivery get a call from salesman that the only bucket they have is is 36 inches. This is hours before scheduled delivery . At this point I can't get another machine anywhere so I'm forced to take it. When it showed up not only did it have a 36 inch bucket but it wasn't even the machine that I had ordered a month in advance. Just be warned that united rentals doesn't come through with the machines that you specifically request and will send you whatever they have in the yard to make money. Very poor customer service and a way to do business.
