Ask for a blower motor for a heat pump, was given a condenser fan motor. Had the actual blower motor with me and showed it to the sales man. Paid Hvac tech to install and he realized they had given me the wrong part. You would think a Trane Dealer would have enough experience to know the difference. Very incompetent sales man in this establishment. Would never buy anything from this business again!

Apparently only one person can take cards over the phone and while serving me the counter rep took another call making my company wait on hold for several minutes, I've never had a good experience at this trane and especially from the only person there authorized to take cards at the counter she's rude and only ever listens to half of what I say I have to repeat myself to her several times because she has headphones in the whole time. I will avoid this place because of her at all costs.
