I needed a part for my AC unit control panel. I called several different companies looking for this part and each one said it was a special order part. The last company referred me to Trane because it was a Trane unit. Not only did The Trane Supply store have it in stock they were $54-$67 Cheaper than every other store quote I had received. Diane took my call and was extremely helpful and a delight to speak to. Once we completed the order she transferred me to John for payment. Another very pleasant interaction. He was very friendly as he completed the transaction. It was a very pleasant experience overall. I will definitely use them again.
Excellent customer service! Called needing a compressor in an emergency for a hospital and those guys were quick to the punch. I was able to have the exact match delivered to the site not even an hour after the call!
