I visited Dr Tippett office recently l must admit the staff was friendly especially the young lady that did the pre exam regrading my eyesHowever I asked staff do have any promotions she stated the only promotion that that offered was care creditBut when I went online I noticed they had a promotion Tippett 2020Program that covers individuals that don’t have vision insuranceIt was never offered to me instead I end up paying over 400.00 dollars for a routine eye exam!When I questioned the manager about it , first said maybe staff forgot to offer the promotion, then she said I didn’t qualify because my exam fell under medical,We’ll just pee on me and say it’s raining!I...read full review

1. Dr. Tippet has the TECHNOLOGY and EXPERIENCE to diagnose your eye problems/diseases as they arise. He is professional and knows what he's doing. I've not experienced this kind of detail anywhere else in Augusta. 2. Monica was so sweet, kind, caring, and KNOWLEDGABLE when it came time to order my glasses and with helping me with my contact(s) order!!! Lovely to speak with as well. 3. My glasses were ready within a week- sometimes unheard of, but came even before my contact order was delivered in the mail! 4. Front desk, and all other workers I had personal contact with were nice and helpful as well. Especially when it came time to practice putting in my contacts. Everyone was very professional. I have had two great experiences here now, two years in a row. I highly recommend Dr. Tippet and his office/staff.

I had an new client/eye appointment and was seen in a very caring way. I noticed as soon as I walked in they were friendly an nice an kind. My wait time was very minimal. The Doctor, Mrs Miller was highly professional, through, and kind. When I was done I was having problems getting my insurance to be found. Mrs Miller oversaw my plight with the hassle of Medicare insurance an even waved a fee for me. I am extremely grateful an actually enjoyed my visit. I would highly recommend this place for it's friendly & caring staff, an the Doctor who was exceptional in her field. Thank you ?
