Been going here for the past few years and usually never have any issues. Usually pleased with the staff and Doctors. Great selection of frames. Disappointed in my recent visit due to scheduling. Was caught by the train and called to inform, but was told if couldn’t get there within the 15min grace period they wouldn’t see me. Unfortunately got there within 20 minutes. There was no trying to fit me into the schedule for the same day. Now have to wait a month for another appointment.
Remember when customer care service used to be top notch? Let me say Tippet Eye Care hasn’t forgotten that. With my crazy work schedule, there was just no way that I could pick up my glasses. I work about 10 hours or so a day. Tippet went above and beyond and offered to bring them to me, to my job. Also, Dr. Tippet is the best. He gave me the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Tippet for all of your eye care needs!! Thank you so much!!!
