Dear Dr. Moses and Staff,
I had a scheduled dental appointment today at 2:15 PM. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office, the doors were closed and no one was present to greet or inform patients. I received no prior notification about the office being closed or the appointment being canceled.
As a parent, I made specific arrangements— including picking my daughter up early from school — to ensure we could attend this appointment. The lack of communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time.
While I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, I strongly believe the office should have sent a message, call, or email to notify...read full review
Dr. Tina P Moses is an Awesome Pediatric Dentist! She is very compassionate and caring for her patients. My daughter and so loves coming to her office because she has a Child Friendly atmosphere. My Daughter had a procedure done for a Chipped tooth and she was very gentle and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Now it looks like new. My son enjoys the office aswell. He is intriged with the differnt paintings in each room. His favorite is the racecar room. Dr. Moses Staff is very pleasant and professional. I am a center director for two schools and I recommend Dr. Moses to all my parents who does not have dental home.
Ms. Kay was such a joy! She made sure our little one was comfortable at her very first dental visit. I was so surprised she wasn’t afraid… she laughed most of the time. Thank you so much!!
