I had a hard time finding someone for a long time after my last stylist moved away and when I met Jessica a few years ago, I knew I had found the one. She's fast and precise, which I appreciate because I am normally trying to fit a haircut in during the work week. When she told me she was moving to another salon a few months ago, I got a pit in my stomach. I didn't want anyone else to cut my hair. She let me know a few weeks later where she was working and I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Stephanie is a PRO! Given almost zero guidance (just a screenshot of Kirk Cousins in "Quarterback" + saying "down to skin around the ears" & "not too much off the top") she gave me EXACTLY the look O was hoping for! I'll wait however long is necessary to have Stephanie cut my hair from now on...
My son went in to get a style & learn ways to style his hair he grew out. He came home with his eye bleeding & a messed up military cut. I’m so disappointed. Taylor was his stylist. I would not recommend! However I have a three star vs. a 1 star because the Mgr. Stephanie made it right by fixing his hair so it grows back in properly along with a refund. She deserves a 5 star. Know who you’re getting before you go if it matters to you.
