Everyone you speak is very knowledgeable, and courteous. If someone on the phone doesn't have an answer they will get someone on the line to answer your question. They are upfront, transparent, and detailed with their estimates. They have a clear and concise breakdown of work completed or work needed. Their Technicians are very knowledgeable and are able to break down the work performed/needed. When the AC in my house went out in 95 degree+ Georgia heat. They were able to get a Tech to my home in a very reasonable time. The Tech Identified the issue and got parts quickly in a time when parts availability is uncertain. I had a Carrier HVAC Unit installed by Spartan HVAC in 2008-09. It has been problem free until recently. I had a small problem the my A/C cooling. I contacted Spartan HVAC about diagnosing my Unit and repairs. They came out, found the problem, explained it to me and took care of the problem. I could not have asked for or got better service than what Spartan HVAC provided. They will continue to be my go to for Heating and Air conditioning work.
