These people never call you with your test results,,my b12 level went down a little but they act like it's no big deal..they start out seeming so concerned about you and then u see their real colors..I left messages to call me but nope Noone calls..I'm sure 2026 will have me searching for a new Dr's office..

Great staff, friendly, doctor's and nurse practitioner's listen to you and care about your health. You are not just a number.

My wife and I recently had an excellent experience at Southern Family Medical Center as new patients. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us throughout our visit. The aftercare has been excellent as well in regard to communication via the portal or text messaging. Thank you for the care and convenience you’ve provided.
