Cory did an excellent job diagnosing and correcting an issue with my mini split which was leaking condensate onto my wood flooring. He arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time, diagnosed the problem and started with the least aggressive corrective actions and progressed to a full disassembly and clearing of a plugged condensate drain line. After reassembly, Cory checked for proper operation of the unit. In addition, he noticed that another HVAC unit was a bit noisy and corrected by tightening the top cover. All in all, well done!
