Went in to get copper hair was told it was possible than ended up with red hair .went back to get the same red hair ended up with copper dark / red / orange hair I feel so upset every time I look at my hair I get a huge headache cause not only does it look darker it has three different shades of red now got it done by Lina and never again will I trust my hair in another stylist hands so disappointed i honestly don't know how I'm going to fix my hair now thanks a lot for nothing I went in with the color in the first picture and ended up with the color on the second and it gets worse when I'm under light

Poor service customer skills, talks about everybody business and could never get anyone by phone to book appointment. It's a hassle to go up there to book an appointment and can't get in until a day or two later. I don't see how it stays running.

Worse experience ever! Spent over 400.00 to have extensions! They were horrible and the worse customer service ever! The young black guy doesn't know what he is doing! If you want a professional Do Not go here!!! I was out over 400.00 and the guy wouldn't fix it just made more of a mess!! He spent more time on his phone then doing my hair correctly!! The owners could care less about me getting ripped off! I don't ever do reviews but I had to on this one!!
