I have been to Royal to get my Mani, Pedi, Gel and Dip about 6 different times. The first 5 visits were awesome. my nails were absolutely the best that I've had them done compared to other places I visited and the price was any where from $80 to $110. My visit today however, was not as relaxing. My mom and I were there as soon as they opened the door today at 12:00. Our treatments felt rushed. My toe nails didn't look good at all. First of all, the young lady that done them, cut a couple of my toes as she was cutting the cuticles and then put the wrong gel polish on them and when I asked her if that was the color and she said yes, I told her that's not the color I picked. The guy dipping my nails at the same time she was doing my toenails had the right dip color, so to fix her mistake she painted over the white she put on my toes with the right color. My nails turned out great. I am very disappointed with my toe nails and the fact that where I have been cut is stinging. I picked the $35 Pedi, I got gel on my toes and my nails dipped. Today's charge was $135. Somethings not right? I sat there and watched a lady get her nails done and was charged $45 for her nails to be done and she got gel as well. So I don't think I'm quite understanding how I got charged sooooo much. I thought I found my nail place, but now I'm not so sure.
