I’m very pleased with the service I received. The technician, Drew Cassandra, was professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my problems and fixed. I will definitely use Roto Rooter if another problem arises.
Plumber named Anthony came out and successfully removed a root blockage in the main septic drain from my house. Two other plumbers had already been out and failed in removing the blockage. This young man absolutely knows his trade and I can’t express enough the high level of professionalism and skill he demonstrated. I wish I’d called roto rooter to begin with and saved myself time and money. In addition it’s a great company that didn’t charge me anything to come out to the house and assess the problem. The other plumbing company charged me $75 just to come out.
Appreciate the quick appointment time and friendly service. Love the email with a picture of the professional heading to my home. Price high for actual work done but hopefully it solved the problem. Based on prior experience, I know this company backs their work, so I am happy to pay the price requested.
