I recently had major damage to my fascia and soffits. I called several places, but no one returned my calls. Even though Mr. Raborn thought my number was a "telemarketer," he answered. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. Jimmy came by and identified the reason for the leaks in my roof accurately and quickly. He kept me up to date with his progress and let me know as he found rot when he pulled back shingles. He repaired the leaks and suggested ways to seal the area up better to prevent future leaks. Throughout the process he was honest, respectful, and never once wanted to speak to the “man of the house” -which I appreciate since I handle these sort of things. He cleaned up well after himself and made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. Worth every penny

Jimmy (Beau) came to my house within 30 minutes and performed a thorough inspection of my problem. He flat out told me the truth and said it was NOT a roofing problem and immediately contacted his HVAC guy. HVAC responded with a phone call within five minutes and arrived at my house within 20 minutes.
He is an honest man and that tells you the truth and tells you what you need to know. 10/10 he will be my only call for all of my roofing needs.
