Horrible! Not professional at all with communication. Nasty attitude and does not care about customer satisfaction. We tried to support our people and felt good about it but in the end the job was half done and didn’t even matter to them. I’m just shocked by the lack of care for the customer. I pray the company fails in every endeavor until they handle people nicely with care and understanding lay there horrible ego and pride down and offer good and satisfying service.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning and residential cleaning with Pristine Carpet Cleaning for my apartment move out inspection. They were able to slot me with an appointment the next week. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and left the apartment cleaner than when I first moved in. I was refer to them by a friend and I have no regrets using them. I rented a cleaner last year and the difference between the job I did and the job they did was significant. Stains I never thought would come out are gone. Thought I would have to replace carpet but it looks like it has a few more years left in it. Also they were on time and friendly which is appreciated.Service: General carpet cleaning
