We have had the pleasure of working with Mark and Matt for an insurance claim last year and now again this year. Both instances, they have been super responsive and get started as soon as they can to complete the project so we can have our home back. This time around they have actually taken over another construction project repairing the damage from Hurricane Helene that another contractor left us in the wind to deal with in addition with repairing the flooring from a huge leak we’ve had. Very professional, completed all the restoration that was needed after another contractor's water remediation efforts. Quality work and attention to detail. Steve was especially courteous and efficient completing all repairs to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
I can’t do justice to the service and treatment we received from Matt and Paul Davis Augusta with words alone. They responded to our kitchen and bathroom issues almost immediately. Our family had a nightmare experience with another restoration company in Evans that dragged on and on. After speaking with Matt in our home during our initial assessment he put us at ease with his explanations of how his team would address our problems. He has vast experience with the adjusters from Travelers insurance so his handling of them was without any hiccups.
