Went in for my first day of tanning in quite a while. Staff was friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with smiling faces. Dena was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location for tanning!

I have visited quite a few PBT in the southeast traveling for work. Dena the manager at PBT in Surrey Center in Augusta, Ga has been the nicest and most professional that I have encountered. All of the girls that Dena has working there are so nice every time I walk thru that door. I can tell they really care about their customers. They always know my name and greet me when I come in with a smile. Also the place is always clean and the beds are great. I guess what I really want to say is Well done , Dena Anis and your wonderful staff.

I recently moved and the Surrey Center PBT became my home store. I love PBT! The staff, especially the store manager Dena, are exceptional in the customer service skills. The store is always clean and welcoming!
