Najee was so sweet and very informative. He told me everything he was doing and why. I learned a lot. He made a great comment that we were a Team and will get the bug problem resolved. Also Marquel who was the representative that called me for the quote was very sweet as well and informative. I think considering the circumstances that this was a great experience.
