I usually have a difficult time getting appointments that work for my daughter and my schedule, however Mary Kay was a delight so kind and positive. She made it easy and uncomplicated. She took her time to check for sooner dates instead of rushing me off the phone and saying oh well. Definitely hope to schedule all future appointments for my daughter with her.
Dr Brantley is by far the best doctor that I’ve ever had! She doesn’t make you feel rushed at all and when we we’re pregnant she would make sure to ask my husband if he had any questions or concerns as well. She even took the time to point out to him parts of the baby on the little hand held scanner! Another plus for her is that if you like to joke around like I do she will also joke with you. I totally recommend her!
Just wanna share how awesome Dr Cook, Tia, and Mrs Brenda are. I had my boys in 2020 and 2021 and they took such good care of us. He was so supportive of every decision we made and with my 2nd pregnancy he was up front with my little boy’s issues he had but in a caring way that made me feel like everything was going to be ok and got me in to see my high risk specialist. They never once made me feel bad for any of the questions I had and always answered as soon as I had them. He even made it able for me to have my dad with me and my hubby for my c section because he knew I was nervous but then as soon as Dr Cook came in all the nerves went away and we carried on with the laughs and the radio in the background. He knows how to keep you calm and make you laugh. Tia and Mrs Brenda remember every one of his patients and talk to you just like you’re their family and get all the nerves you may have go away before you even get in the room. He love his patients and his babies. From the good times to the not so good times having a miscarriage during the pandemic they always make sure to take care of you and make you feel loved. This office and Dr Cook will always be special to me and my family and I will always recommend them. Thank you so much for being so amazing and taking such great care of our family.
