I came here to soak off my nails. They left a thick layer of acrylic still on my nails and barely took their time. Should’ve just went somewhere else because this defeated the whole purpose of soaking them off if they were gonna leave half the acrylic still on. And the lady who was waxing eyebrows was incredibly rude to me. I said I didn’t need my brows waxed nicely and she said ok then tried to skip over me when the next nail lady was ready for a customer. Someone spoke up and said I was here first and then she got an attitude and talked about me like I wasn’t there saying “well I just asked her if she needed anything done and she said no”

Came in on two separate occasions and they charged two different prices for the service. I was charged 40 last time for armpit wax and then I asked today and the price is 32 dollars. Been coming here since 2012 but I’m not coming back.

Wish I could give ONE star….Don’t waste your time here!!!!! Staff was rude to other customers.All they do is sit in the pedicure chairs and stare at you and talk in their language and look up at you, when they aren’t staring. They arent timely in getting the work done. The service is mediocre. They have the nerve to advise of one price and after they have completed the services charge you something more expensive. I was applauded at a price that was given to me. I wanted to act up and cuss her out..I just paid and advised I will NEVER visit again bc they arent in the habit of building rapport with customer and wanting them to return.
