I had an outstanding experience with Allen from Mr. Electric. From the very beginning, he carried himself with the highest level of professionalism. Allen clearly knows his craft as an electrician, but what stood out even more was his knowledge of related trades and, above all, his genuine care and commitment to helping me.
What impressed me most was that my problem wasn’t just “another job” to him. Allen treated it with personal attention and urgency. Even though I could tell he was at home with his family when we first spoke, he still took the time to make sure my electrical issue was properly addressed in a timely and safe manner. That kind of dedication is rare.
My situation was not straightforward. I had already contacted both the power company and the cable company, and both told me the issue was inside my home. Allen quickly proved that was not the case. He confirmed my electrical system was fine, and instead pushed for Georgia Power to return and fix the problem on their end. He also informed me that my system was older and explained potential upgrades that could modernize it, but he never once pressured me or tried to take advantage of my situation. He simply provided the information, explained the benefits, and left the decision in my hands. That honesty goes a long way.
It’s not often you find people who combine skill, integrity, and pride in their work the way Allen did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I truly hope their hard work and dedication are recognized by Mr. Electric!
