Sandy is an exceptional massage therapist as well as a Integrative Health Practitioner at Root Wellness who truly cares for the whole body. Her massages are thoughtfully targeted to your unique needs, focusing on functional wellness and lasting results. She took her time addressing the areas where I had the most pain and limited movement, and worked beyond just the obvious spots to release the patterns that contributed to my discomfort. Sandy uses multiple therapy methods during a session, and she talks you through what she’s feeling and noticing in your alignment and movement. I really appreciate how she not only works on you in the moment but also empowers you with tools and guidance to support your healing between sessions. Even outside the massage room, I often catch myself remembering Sandy’s reminders — to adjust the way I sit, correct my posture, breathe deeper, lift and pull my shoulders back. It’s definitely work to change the habits and compensations I’ve carried for years, but working with Sandy has truly been life-changing. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone ready to care for their body in a deeper, more sustainable way.

wonderful woman, I very much enjoyed being able to relax (I am not a trusting person!) and get rid of some pain I have had for awhile. this was a surprise visit for me thru my family and with tears in my eye I sat down and did paperwork by the time I was 1 min in I was relaxed and now I feel great! can't wait to book my next appointment!

First massage for my son. He's suffers from back spasms. He was recommended to get a deep tissue massage. A friend referred Sandy. My son was very content. He really enjoyed it and said he will returned. I like that she explained the process and procedures. I myself will be going in the near future. Thank you Sandy junior
