No coloring, no waxing, no chemical treatments, no stencils, no pencils, no facial peels. Would love to bill for those services but this environment is streamlined for Haircuts. The haircut is competitively priced at $16 so that all can afford to look kempt whether they get a haircut twice a month or twice a year. The consumer has many choices...
