I was very lucky to have Justin Satcher help me recently in the Charleston, SC store on Savannah Highway. Justin was extremely knowledgeable about store products and shared a lot of information with me. He also described the entire process to me. Madelyn and Joseph were both excellent in customer service. They helped me pick out a wood floor that perfectly matched my existing wood floors in the rest of my home. They answered all of my questions and gave me advice to make sure I had everything I needed to do the job correctly. The flooring arrived the day they told me it would and the pickup process was easy. The gentleman in the inventory warehouse was very helpful loading the flooring into my truck. I had 2 boxes in excess of what I needed and Madelyn walked me through the return process expeditiously.
