This is my wife and I’s first time doing any kind of home shopping. When we started looking for houses we saw the prices in the area were incredibly high and that Keystone seemed to have reasonable priced new construction. After doing a tour in 2025 and then another in 2026 we decided to commit to a new build. We closed in August of 2026 on time. The whole process was incredibly fast and streamlined. We got a lot of choices from the design center and everything was either done correctly or corrected prior to closing.
