I learned about Jim’s Pool in 2020. They have been very helpful and accurate in helping me to keep my pool clean and operating inexpensive too. They never try to oversell you on anything. Prices are in line with other shops.

We have had our pool for 2 years now. We couldn’t be more pleased. Shelia is a fountain of information and extremely helpful. We have had not issues with our pool. I think like any other product, after a time, if you have issues with a pool you need to contact the manufacturer. I don’t know why there was a very negative review here. I would give Jim’s Pool and Spa an A. We have never had to have any work done on the pool since we put it in, so I can’t speak to the”work” the negative review is referring to.

Started with Jim's pool when John was running the store in North Augusta. He was awsome and knew the answer to any question a new pool owner would have. His father passed and they closed the NA store. I quickly found out (the hard way) it was worth the drive to to Augusta to the store on Davis Road. Shelia, John's mom, is just as awsome as John. They write down, step by step, instructions on what to do and when to do it. I always loved that at the NA store too. They explain, answer questions and make sure you have a clear understanding. I will never go anywhere else!
