I had a wonderful experience with Terri last week. I’ve been wearing braids for a while and was skeptical about getting my hair pressed. Terri was kind, professional and honest about the condition of my hair. She did an awesome job with my shampoo, conditioning treatment and press. I retained more length than I thought I would and my hair feels like butter. Thanks Terri!!

My experience at the salon is always a great experience, but especially this time with Terri Taylor! I needed my hair done for vacation and she definitely made it vacation ready!! Next time you book an appointment book with her!

I was urged to make an appointment at the Jcpenney salon many times in the past, yet I never made the commitment. I finally made the commitment...WOW!!!...what an experience. Terri was recommended to me for my braids, and I couldn't be Happier. Terri is very courteous, professional and so knowledgeable. She literally gave a block of instruction explaining the reasons for the shampooing, conditioning, the purpose of the warm then the cold water, the benefits of clipping my ends and so much more. My braids always look like a bag of money once I leave here chair. In closing,...Terri is Amazing!
