We’re about 8 weeks in with Home Instead. So far the experience could not be better. Our “care professional” is here 6 hours a day 3 times a week. She is lovely and caring.
We have used Home Instead for quite some time now. They have been fantastic! They helped us with caring for my father who had dementia and became bedfast in the latter stages. They continue to care for my mother and she loves them. I would recommend their services highly.
We began our relationship with Home Instead several years ago when my Dad's dementia got to the point where he needed additional help in the home. The care providers from Home Instead were wonderful. All of them were willing to go the extra mile when Dad's health declined rapidly. Each genuinely cared about Dad and Mom. When the Lord finally took Dad home, some attended his funeral. Now that Dad is gone, Mom's health has been a challenge. We continue to use Home Instead for companionship care and some assistance of daily living for her.
