I had a wonderful experience!! I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Helen was very attentive to my troubled areas and I left feeling very refreshed!! I certainly recommend especially for someone nervous about getting a first time massage.

Helen was very knowledgeable about the problem areas I had and showed me stretches and ways to help relieve the tension in these areas. She had a very calm and pleasant demeanor that completely set me at ease. And the name “Helen’s Healing Hands” fits perfectly! I can’t wait for my next appointment! Thanks Helen!
