As a first time patient I felt compelled to leave a review after my experience. There was a receptionist who was extremely sweet and helpful over the phone, I was lost and frustrated because I was 30 minutes past my appointment. Their Dentist still allowed me to be seen.
When I arrived the receptionist ( older lady in white jacket ) was not welcoming or warm her rude attitude towards her colleagues including the dentist was rude and unprofessional. She appeared frustrated with her task and agitated with her coworkers. The receptionist did not acknowledge me as a patient and was unable to hold her composure in a professional manner.
