The first time I walked into Undertone I had the immediate thought that this place was definitely too cool for me, but to my surprise everyone there is very friendly and inclusive! Undertone has such a chill vibe, they always have great music playing and the decor and aesthetic is very hip, artsy and eclectic. If you're lucky, you might catch sight of Boris the pug! Everyone who works at Undertone is professional, friendly and very skilled at their craft! And they're all gorgeous! Meghan Cabe does my hair and she's amazing. all the stylists at the salon were so sweet and easy to talk to, they definitely made me feel welcomed! they had great music playing the entire time and the inside is so cute! Megan S. did my hair and i trust her entirely for all of my hair styling needs/wants!

I came for an appointment with Shawn Johnson, the nail artist/tech. I had been waiting weeks for this appointment, and I loved the vibe and decor of the salon. There was a pug named Boris! He's nine years old. He was secured in the salon, and at first I thought it was to keep crazy people from running off with him, but someone else told me he ran after the train recently and scared people to death. He is very cute. The decor in this salon is great, the other professionals were polite, and the decor and vibe are on point.
