Shared my review on BBB, however, Kelly was an amazing tech. He asked and answered my questions and concerns. Came in and got started. Very precise, professional, and respectful. Checked the system in and outside the house. I watched as he did his job inside the house, and he was very thorough. They came, they tore out old unit, installed new. Heat pump. WE HAVE HEAT! (And ac). Cleaned up well. Even came right back after hours when a small glitch came up (not their fault) and got it sorted out quick! Good job guys!!Services: Heating system installation
