AWESOME GYM!!! The coaches care about your wellbeing and you can be at any fitness level and the workouts can be tailored to match it, so don't worry if your new and afraid. Everyone there is also friendly as a bonus :). Also it's one of the best priced gyms in the area. Others would charge your foot for just one month.
I have been working out at CrossFit 1209 for 2 months and I love it! The atmosphere and people are amazing and the coaches are very knowledgeable! I’m so glad to be a part of this community!
