But in that process, I found a design I truly loved. I called Nancy right away, and she and the team didn’t miss a beat. They brought in the architects and construction managers, and together we created our forever home. With their expert guidance, I ended up with a design beyond what I could have imagined on my own.

Just as we were about to break ground, Hurricane Helene hit, washing away part of the site we had planned. The team immediately reassessed, moving the build to a higher piece of land to ensure our home would be safe and secure. Their care and foresight gave us peace of mind in the middle of what could have been a major setback.

From start to finish, the entire process was a masterpiece in professionalism. Chad and Louis took my vision and elevated it with true craftsmanship and attention to detail. Having built two homes before, I can honestly say this was by far the most stress-free and enjoyable experience. Every decision—colors, grout, trim, door handles, down to the finest detail—was handled as a team. Nothing was overlooked, and nothing was too small for their attention.
