Great experience with Computer Central on a hardware problem for Macbook Pro laptop. I was provided prompt & capable service with both the diagnostic & successful repair, as well as with their communication (stayed in touch with me, answered the phone, were at the shop during the hours they said they would, etc.) I would utilize them in the future.

On March 21 I took a gaming pc to computer central for a diagnostic, thinking I would be told that the motherboard was fried and I would have to replace it. I had previously taken the pc to BestBuy, and after their diagnostic, they said it would be in the upward amount of $700.00. On March 22, got a call from Jeremy from computer Central, who said he fixed the computer and it wasn't as bad as I thought. He then told me the cost to replace a RAM stick which ended up being $100.00..Needless to say, I was mislead by Best Buy . 10/10 I do recommend. Thanks Jeremy

Shout out to Jeremy at Computer Central. Thought my laptop was a goner (coffee spill). She came back to life during $100 tear down diagnostic, he cleaned it up for me and got me back working / gaming on it. Very happy with service, timelines, communication. Very recommend :-)
