Great customer service. Reasonable price and they picked up and dropped off our living room rug. 10x14 and it looks brand new again! It’s a very heavy, wool/cotton handmade rug and they took great care of it.

I would definitely recommend. The customer care team was able to schedule me a same-day appointment. And, Brad did an amazing job on the carpet. Brad is very knowledgeable, especially when it come to how to remove specific stains on carpet. The carpet in my house looks so much better.
