They can accommodate rush jobs, as seen with their ability to meet tight deadlines. Their work is of high quality, and they are willing to work with customers to ensure satisfaction. Despite mistakes or last-minute requests, they are understanding and accommodating. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is exceptional.
Altered two sport coats for me to where they fit perfectly. She did a really excellent job & charged very little for such professional work. I'm glad I found her & plan to use her services again when needed.
Fast, professional service. They were very kind and friendly. I Needed a rush job for 2 dresses to be altered for cruise vacation. They did a fantastic job and had the work done by end of day. This is quaint shop provides prompt work and quality service! We waited until the last minute to get a dress hemmed and pinned for social, 10 days out to be specific! Ms. Agnes and her team graciously worked to meet our deadline. What makes them exceptional is their customer service. The first time we went to pick up the dress, the train was still too long, which was my fault for not having the correct shoes for the first fitting. Ms. Agnes got to work with the pins and the dress was ready for pick up two days later!!! And at no additional fee for my mistake! We will use Butler Alterations for all of our tailoring needs.
