Today, Busbys services my 2 units and, fortunately, did not find any issues requiring anything but annual maintenance. They did not, however replace the upper air return filter....it was just left the return without a filter (I had provided the lower return with a new filter which they replaced and covered the return) , and my front door was left wide open after they left, leaving me to air condition the Summerville neighborhood. They were a young team and perhaps just need to pay attention to details next time.
