I called on a holiday expecting to leave a message for the next morning and was wonderfully surprised to talk to a person who got me quickservice that evening. Sean O was very efficient and knowledgeable about the system. He was at my house within an hour of my call and had me in cool temps for bedtime on a HOLIDAY! I appreciate the great service I've gotten not only from Sean but everyone at Bailey's. I highly recommend them

so far i have no complaints about the install or how the new heatpump/air conditioner is working. very quiet unit and our only hope is that it makes a difference in our electric bill come a cold winter. last year with our old split heat/a/c unit we averaged roughly 400.00 a month for less than a 1200 sq ft brick home just to keep it 72 to 73 degrees inside. Bailey's arrived a little later than expected because of a last minute meeting called by upper management,but,they arrived just a short time later,worked dilligently got the work done ( trane heatpump install ) cleaned areas that they worked in and very professional. i would recommend them to anyone needing work... read full review

Tanner at Baileys was amazing! He was very professional and thorough with his inspection. Was able to figure out the problem fast, and at a reasonable rate! Would absolutely use them again!
