I could not be more pleased with the cremation and presentation of my Bruno's remains. Pets are family members and this company treats them accordingly. I received an amazing paw print and nose print on paper with a super sweet note. Also included was a picture frame with his paw print and a vial of his fur. Losing my buddy was tough but their sweet tribute memorializes him perfectly! ??

I unexpectedly had a pet loss over the weekend and had to look for pet cremation available in the area. After much research, Augusta Pet Crematory was by far the most kind and respectful choice for my family. They answered all my questions, were very upfront with the cost and process, and every person I interacted with was so pleasant. The whole process was completed within the same day. They were able to do footprints and got me a fur clipping upon request. I will be forever grateful for the respect they gave my pet and my family during this time of loss.
