I would give no stars if it were possible. Not only was I on the conference call when my insurance company sent this office the referral, but over the span of two weeks, I still did not receive a call. I just called the office again for the lady to give me a while list of steps that need to be taking from my PCM as well as the insurance company before any appointments can be made. The receptionist was not the friendliest and probably needs to find another profession considering I worked in a private practice office and never once was short with any patient. I would recommend finding another specialist. Because of them I am back to square one.

waited over 2 hours for the front desk to check if my insurance could make appointment… had to call back only to wait another 11min on hold and be told appointments are 2 weeks out and will be done over a video phone call.. any test needed would have to be scheduled after that.. I expressed i have stomach pain daily… the lady at the front desk was cold and callous and made no effort to help.. people working in the medical field should be want to help
