My air went out in this 90+ degree heat and needed a part. Michelle in the office is a miracle worker and was able to get us scheduled to fit my emergency needs in a tight turn around. Give her a bonus!
Our a/c unit stopped cooling on Monday!! I called Atlas and got Ashley, she was very professional and sweet!!! She told us, she could get a tech out that same day!!! So Jeremy showed up to the house and was knowledgeable and professional and very personable!!!He fixed our unit, and we are cooling again!! He also let us know of some of the other issues that our 12 year old system had, and suggested that we look into a whole new system. We asked for an estimate because we knew it was almost time for a new system! Cory came out Wednesday and gave us an estimate and we are very happy with the service and estimate!!! Alot of companies have lost their customer service, but not Atlas!!! I will use them forever!!! Thank you Pat, Kim and Jenny and your whole company for amazing customer service!!!
This Company have done GREAT work at our Ministry. This is the third time we have had units installed by Atlas and they do a Great job EVERY time.
