Inspected the home I purchased in September 2022 and passed it with a piece of the ridge cap missing from the roof. Needless to say, I spent $20,000 having a new roof put on three months after the purchase. I had to have some wiring done and the electrician that did the wiring said that house should’ve never passed inspection. Of course, he works for the Realtor, not for the customer, so why did I ever expect him to point out things that needed to be fixed or replaced by the seller? I don’t recommend this company if you want an honest Inspection.

He does not really inspect the house , he stands and looks at it and marks everything is ok
