“The fence and gate that they finally installed was great but the service from the installers was very poor. We had the date for installation set for about 2 weeks then at 6pm the night before they tell me they have to move it from Friday to Saturday. I had to change my plans but OK. The installers came to install it on Saturday at about 9am. At around 11am, it was real quiet so I noticed all installers were gone but they didn’t install the gate. I thought they went to lunch but they never came back leaving me wondering what was going on. Why and when were they going to finish? I didn’t find out until Monday from the service person, that they didn’t have the gate. We rescheduled until the morning of the following Thursday. They never showed up until after 6pm Thursday and never told me they were there until around 7pm when I noticed the gate was installed. They installed it and never notified me it was completed. The fence and gate were done well but the communication was terrible.
Update: after seeing the review, they did apologize and send a gift and reimbursement. That demonstrates that they really are interested in the customers satisfaction.“

“We had a tricky masonry job that Gray Contracting took care of with style, speed, and quality! An Amazon Van backed into our house earlier this year, causing significant damage to the front wall between our garages. The tricky part was that the bricks are patterned, with six or so different variations in the patterns, but these bricks are not made anymore! So the replacement bricks had to be taken from part of the house that is not visible, and replaced with plain red bricks. Gray Contracting repaired the damage, and it is now invisible! And I still cannot figure out where they took the bricks from! Very skilled and attentive workers!“
