Booked a layover mani on Thurs 10/8/26. Terminal A. 5:30pm (hope her manager sees this) I hate that I can’t remember the techs name. She was phenomenal. Don’t sleep on the layover mani — I was hot mess going in and a hand model coming out.

Had a great 20 minute chair massage! The massage therapist (I'm sorry I forgot your name! Marcel? Ugh!) was fantastic. Thank you so so much. He saved my vacation. I was having shoulder/neck pain after first leg of my trip to Madrid. After my session, picked up an arnica patch at the spa, slapped it on my shoulder. I am good to go!!!

Augyst and Monique were absolutely amazing! The customer service over the top!! They did an amazing job on my nails and offered me exceptional company, having me laugh and feel like I'm with my besties! Highly recommend and I hope to see them again!
