First off - I don't mean this review to be a slam against Mr. Williams and his consulting. There's plenty of great reviews, but my personal experience did not meet my expectations. Secondly, I'm far from a CPA/tax expert. So, take this for what it's worth.My wife and I sold our home this year and wanted to confirm our understanding of capital gains when staying in the home for less than a year. I conducted plenty of research prior to the sale of our home and after, but wanted an expert to confirm what our research indicated, again, as I am not a tax expert.Mr. Williams was very cordial.
