I understand that braiding services are in high demand, especially during back-to-school season, which is why we came in ahead of time to speak with the staff and make an appointment for Sunday, August 3rd. Due to other obligations, we were told the stylist would come in early to accommodate us—and we deeply appreciated that effort because we were also trying to respect everyone’s time.

Unprofessional and rude they do whatever they want in your hair they would talk about you in there language the whole time you get your hair did I ask for small knotless and got medium but still paid small knotless price. They tried to gaslight me by saying that I got extra small when it is definitely medium. She also stopped because she had an attitude and said that I was moving too much and got another braider to finish my hair and I had sat there two hours before she came. It took 12 hours for my hair to get done. I called head of time to confirm availability and the staff was on time. I booked a take down but ended up getting my knotless re-braided. Easy to work with. Calm. Good experience. I’ll be back.
