I visited the Waldorf and had a spectacular time. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and every detail of my stay was handled with care. I would especially like to commend Jermaine Garrett, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, ensuring I had a comfortable and seamless visit.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a stay at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep.
The service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, and the food was excellent. We especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and the attention to detail that made our stay feel special from start to finish.

Cortez, Erin, Ron, Amelia, Jesse, Abdul and Jermaine treated me like royalty. Alexis in the restaurant was also helpful when ordering brunch Saturday morning. I was there for a Wedding on 5/29/26 and I was blown away at the professionalism.
Cortez escorted me to my room with my luggage. I asked for a tour and he took a few minutes to show me the property. He is THE GOAT!
I have stayed at several 5-Star properties, but this BY FAR was the best.
