a truly enjoyable stay! I read somewhere that someone had issues with amex FHR benefits but that was far from our case. Everything was explained well at check-in and processed correctly. the front desk agent was very professional. The guest relations team also sent us a cake for our special occasion which was a nice touch.the room was comfortable and spacious. the pool was a definite plus to have and it was great having room service delivered there.I will say we thought the food could be better given the price but I wouldn't deduct a star for that. I'd still recommend this hotel and would go back again if in the area.

We could NOT have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. This was a quick business trip that turned into one of the best hotel stays we have had (anywhere and we travel often). The staff is so gracious and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful yet understated, the food was delicious, the room service was prompt... it goes on and on! We loved it and will return again and again while in Atlanta!Rooms: we had a corner room on the tenth floor. very spacious!Nearby activities: tons of 5 star restaurants and shopping.Walkability: close to it ALL!Food & drinks: yummy food in the restaurant. excellent coffee!

Wonderful experience! I stayed in a Premium Plus 2 Queen room. The dining experience, concierge service, valet service, and spa are all the reasons this is a true 5-star hotel. I highly recommend staying for a special occasion or for a great escape while on a stressful business trip.Rooms: High-quality rooms and very attentive service staff.Safety: Doormen and valet are always present with the Atlanta Police present on weekends.Food & drinks: Definitely five star dining. The U8 shrimp and the chicken with saffron cream sauce are a must.
