I absolutely loved my visit. I have had experiences in the past where eye doctors were rude, but from the moment I walked in here, everyone was amazing, patient, and welcoming.
The woman who did my pre-exam tests before I saw the doctor was also extremely nice. She explained what each test was for and told me exactly what to do, which made me feel really comfortable.
The doctor took her time with me and let me ask as many questions as I needed, which I really appreciated. This will definitely be my eye doctor from now on.

Dr. Chen & the entire staff were welcoming & knowledgeable! My appointment was quick and easy and the in-office equipment is top-tier! I think that I have found a home for my eyes ??

I work at another Optometrist practice and needed medical records released. Jennifer helped me and quickly faxed over everything I needed to take care of our patients. Thank you Jennifer. I appreciate your dedication and support. Often times I wait DAYS for records. Jennifer returned my fax w/in minutes. If the rest of the staff follows suit, you’re in good hands here.
