I am thrilled to have found Vaughan Automotive. Matt and Brittany are friendly and their team does excellent work. It was quite refreshing to speak with someone like Matt who truly has a passion for his work. My past experience at the dealership’s service center has always been a bit disappointing. I wish I discovered Vaughan Automotive sooner. I have to let the world know that Matt and his team have brought new life to my car. I haven’t felt my car run this well in quite a while. Not only did they bring more zip to my car, but they also extended the life of it as well. I’m a big fan!
They do amazing work on my Kia Sorento, keep my warranty in compliance by using OEM parts from the dealership and high quality materials and are, in my opinion, considerably more reasonably priced and trustworthy than the dealership. He's honest, knowledgeable and will tell me when it's an issue covered by my warranty so I can take it to my dealership for covered repairs. This is the second vehicle he's maintained for me, and as long as he's around I'll take my future vehicles to him as well. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I also really like the idea of working with a small family owned business where they get to know the customers and you can rely on them.
